Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office - On January 23, 2012, Monday afternoon at approximately 1:00 p.m. a Terrebonne Parish deputy responded to the Ashland North subdivision, 3485 Fallon Dr., Houma in reference to a missing person. Deputies arrived at this location and contacted the mother of the missing person. She advised that her son, Herbert Johnson Jr., suffers with mental illness and has not taken his medication.
Johnson was last seen running into the wooded area behind Fallon Dr. in Ashland North at approximately 1:00 p.m. Terrebonne Parish deputies and family members of Johnson searched for several hours and were unable to locate him. Johnson is a black male who is 5'09" in height and weighs approx. 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing blue jeans with no short or shoes.
